All alcoholic beverage products purchased from Ballast Point Brewing Company are sold in
the State of California and legal title passes to the buyer in California effective upon
approval of your credit card charge. All alcoholic beverage shipments are shipped from
California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or
import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely
responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order with us,
you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order.
Alcoholic beverages may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years
old. By placing this order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and
that the person to whom delivery will be made is also at least 21 years old. When the
alcoholic beverages associated with this order are delivered, the person receiving the
delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21
years old.
